I was a pastor for over fifty years. I served twice as President of the Southern Baptist convention, and for over 23 years as pastor of the internationally-recognized First Baptist Church of Jacksonville, Florida.

On this site, you will find some information about me, my ministry and my family. Also, there are Books, DVDs, CDs and other various resources of my ministry available for you in the resources area. In addition, I am contemplating several additional areas of information of my ministry in the very near future.
