During my 50 years as a pastor...
.. I preached a series of messages encompassing every book of the Bible. I had a burning desire that my people might actually learn what the Bible teaches so they might apply it to their lives. Also, I wanted to see unbelievers come to personal faith in Jesus Christ. I became convinced that the best way to achieve those two purposes was to teach and preach through books of the Bible.
Now, my sermon notes through Bible books are being put into Sunday School and Bible study teachers' guides in for a new series called Vines By The Book.
